When you submit a form on this website, we collect only the minimum information necessary to follow up with you:
- Your name, so we know who we're speaking with
- Phone number, so a coordinator can reach you
- Email address, for follow-up communication
- General care type preference, such as companion care, personal care, or live-in care. This is a general category only, not a medical description
- Scheduling preferences, weekdays, weekends, or live-in
- Who the care is for, yourself, a family member, or a facility referral
For caregiver applicants, we also collect certification type, years of experience, availability, areas of specialty, and the boroughs you can work in.
We explicitly do not collect, store, or request any of the following through this website: diagnoses, medical conditions, medications, treatment history, insurance information, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or any other protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. Our forms are intentionally designed to prevent this. If you attempt to include this information in a form field, please be aware that it is not reviewed or retained by our coordinators, all clinical discussions happen by phone in a secure environment.
How We Use Your Information
The information you provide is used solely for the following purposes:
- To contact you by phone or email to discuss your care needs
- To match you with a qualified caregiver or coordinate staffing
- To respond to your inquiry in a timely and professional manner
- For caregiver applicants, to review your application and follow up about available placements
We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Period.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With caregivers we place, only the information necessary for them to provide care (your name and general location), and only after you have agreed to a placement
- With our internal coordination staff, to manage your case effectively
- As required by law, if we are legally obligated to disclose information by a court order or government authority

Data Security
This website operates over HTTPS, meaning all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
